MERCY Property Consultants was founded in 2016 by Tameem Qasim with a simple mission: to make property buying in Lucknow transparent, trustworthy, and hassle-free. Starting from a humble office in Raebareli, we have grown to become one of UP's most recognized real estate consultancies.

Operating as M/s Mercy Developers, we specialize in residential plots, row houses, apartments, and luxury villas across Uttar Pradesh — bringing buyers and projects together with complete legal compliance and personalized service.

Our Head Office is located at Ground Floor - 09, Eldeco Elegante, Vibhuti Khand, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow. We also operate a Branch Office on Techno Road, Near Integral University, Kursi Road, Lucknow.

Tameem Qasim is the visionary behind MERCY Property Consultants. A son of Mohd. Qasim from Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, he founded M/s Mercy Developers in April 2016 — registered with the Firms Registrar, Uttar Pradesh (Registration No. 13703, dated 29.04.2016).

With over 8 years of hands-on experience in the Lucknow real estate market, Tameem has guided 500+ families and investors through successful property transactions. His deep understanding of Lucknow's micro-markets — from Gomti Nagar to Raebareli Road — has made him a sought-after name in UP real estate.

In January 2026, he completed the 4-day UPRERA Real Estate Agent Training Program at India Literacy Board, Lucknow (Jan 7–10, 2026), and obtained the official UPRERA Registration Certificate (Reg. No. UPRERAAGT000504/03/2026), valid until 29-03-2036. This certification ensures every transaction handled by MERCY meets the highest legal and ethical standards.
